Perfect Holidays

Charm and sea breeze

A trip to Morocco is also an opportunity to discover the charm of the Atlantic coasts of western Morocco with the beautiful cities of Casablanca, El Jadida, Essaouira, or Agadir. Between its natural and cultural riches and its great leisure offer, this destination promises you a complete stay. We offer you with this exclusive trip to get off the beaten track. A great idea: go down to the South along the Atlantic coast. At your disposal a vehicle with an experienced guide / driver. What if in addition to the discovery, you added to this itinerary along the Moroccan coast, a certain thematic hue, especially golf? Indeed, all along the course, there are superb golf courses recently opened and signed by big names. No less than two golf courses in El Jadida, near Casablanca. Mazagan, a course designed by Gary Player in links by the ocean. Very long, wide, PAR72, but very rolling, pleasant. Or that of the Pullman, splendid in the pine forest and by the ocean at 3 kms. In Essaouira, two 18-hole courses also designed by Gary Player have just opened (2010). They are located in the heart of the vast natural area of Mogador a few kilometers south of Essaouira. Natural reliefs, plant hardiness and ocean spray in the purest tradition of a links. Finally, the golf reputation of Agadir is well over with its 4 golf courses. The Golf de l'Océan, a 27-hole course between dunes and lakes designed by Belt Collins. The Golf des Dunes, designed by a disciple of Robert Trent Jones, with hilly terrain, teening with eucalyptus and water points. The Royal Golf Club, the very first, designated by Mister Wislon and finally, a 4 times 9 holes imagined by Fernando Muella. We have taken the side of 2 nights (except 3 nights in Essaouira) per stage but free to you, if you wish to extend or remove these steps. Likewise, this handset can be done with all the hotels of our production. And do not hesitate to push to Marrakech. We never get tired of Marrakech.

Your program :

Days 1: Arrive in Casablanca

You will start with Casablanca, the most modern of stages. Casablanca's cultural and architectural heritage is well worth a few days. Stroll through the heart of the new city to discover the Art Deco buildings, walk the alleys of the old medina or the Habous district, walk on the Corniche in the late afternoon, admire the gigantic Hassan II mosque, the third largest mosque in the world. There is no shortage of activities in this city, the beating heart of Morocco. For the night, we have selected the charming address of Casablanca, a little jewel all in luxury and with the colonial soul Art Deco: The Doge.

Days 2 and 3 : Oualidia

Then head south, nearly 3h30 drive with the small seaside resort of Oualidia. Imagine halfway between Casablanca and Essaouira on the coastal road, two half-moon dunes, a rock in the middle: you are in a small town of Oualidia. No charter, no spring, no horde of tourists. Just a Moroccan city full of authenticity, with its shops, its lagoon and its beach, all punctuated by the cry of the seagulls. We divide our time between walks, shellfish tastings, beach, all in the fresh air. It is in the Sultana, a haven of peace and luxury, that you will stop.

Days 4 to 5: Essaouira

3rd stage, Mogador. Let's say Essaouira instead. Here, it is above all a color: Blue. The blue of the ocean, this horizon that has no obstacle. The blue of the sky, swept away and invigorated by the spray and the trade winds. The atmosphere is toned. Here, we opted for an immersion in the heart of the medina with a stay at the HeureBleuePalais, member of Relais& Châteaux.

Days 6 and 7: Agadir

Finally, last stage and end of the road: Agadir. Certainly less picturesque but here, we come above all to enjoy the huge beach and the sea warmed by the Gulf Stream. Agadir is also the ideal starting point to discover the Great South and the Atlas. We opted for the most charming and surprising hotel in Agadir: riad Villa Blanche, a 28-room residence with architecture inspired by a riad opened in 2011.
