Booking Request

Perfect Holidays is a travel agency based in Morocco. We offer you to build your trip (excluding international air services) according to your desires and put at your disposal on our site themes and examples of itineraries and stays in order to inspire you and give you budget ideas. To get your personalized program of the desired trip, you must submit your request for quote via our form directly accessible by the URL perfect Holidays. Generally within 48 hours, our team will offer you from your request for a quote (with a validity period) a detailed travel program with a firm and final price, all costs, taxes and services included, except for any minor adjustments in the services. The quote has a validity date beyond which the advertised rate is no longer guaranteed. In case of exceeding the validity period of your quote, Perfect Holidays may establish, at your request, a new quote. As soon as you confirm this quote, within its validity period, you can register on the website

Any booking request on the Perfect Holidays website must be made expressly by e-mail to our team of specialists, from our Contact section. Do not hesitate to be very precise in your request and to give us detailed information about your desires. This information will allow us to organize your trip to Morocco in the best conditions and 100% tailor-made. Also, do not hesitate to include information about your international flights, your transfer requests, the accommodation or the type of accommodation you prefer as well as any other service you would need for your stay in Morocco.


Registration

After acceptance of the latest quote drawn up by your Perfect Holidays advisor, your registration is done online to our email address: contact@perfectholidays.ma. To be confirmed, your registration must be accompanied by a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the quote. At 35 days from your arrival date, payment of the balance of your trip will be due. For any last minute registration, i.e. less than 35 days from the date of departure, the reservation will only be confirmed after full payment of the services booked. Please note, however, that if the total amount of the reserved services is less than €150, this instalment of payments will not be applicable. In this case, the full amount will be paid at the time of your registration.


Prices and terms of payment

All prices included in our offers are, unless expressly stated otherwise, net prices per person in Moroccan dirham, euros or Swiss francs. The final rates are indicated in your quote and are valid for a fixed period, also indicated in your quote

Payment

Payment will be made through our secure online payment system in return for an invoice.
1-Payment schedule:

For any registration made more than 35 days before the date of departure, you must pay a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the services booked and the balance to be paid 35 days from the date of departure without reminder from us. For any registration less than 35 days from the date of departure, you will have to pay in one go the full amount of the trip. As part of your trip, you have the option of taking out travel insurance guarantees. The amount of the premium is to be paid at registration. Any delay in the payment of a deposit and / or the balance will be considered as a cancellation of your fact for which it will be applied the cancellation fees referred to in Article 5 below.

2. Invoice:

After payment of the deposit or the total price of your trip, an invoice will be issued to you and sent to you by e-mail.

3. Modalities for price revision:

When billing, the travel price is fixed, final and in Moroccan dirhams, euros, dollars or Swiss francs. However, in accordance with Article L 211-12 of the Tourism Code, we may make upward or downward adjustments up to 20 days before departure, without the possibility of cancellation/dissolution by you, for the following reasons:
• change in transport costs resulting from the cost of fuels or other energy sources and/or
• change in the amount of taxes or fees included in the contract for travel services charged by a third party who is not directly involved in the performance of the contract, including tourist taxes, landing or embarkation fees in ports or airports. Additional fees, charges or other costs (tourist taxes, hotel fees (resort fees), parking fees, entrance to national parks...) may be payable by the traveller during the journey. These costs, which are not included in the total price of the trip, may be indicated to you in the offer. We recommend that you have a suitable means of payment for your trip. If one or more passengers registered in the same case are cancelled, the trip may be retained as soon as the participants have paid before departure, the possible additional costs of the services that had to be changed due to the cancellation of the passenger(s). Any refusal to make this correction by the traveller(s) still registered shall be considered as cancellation by the traveller(s) concerned and may result in the application of the cancellation costs referred to in Article 5.



Cancellation policy:

In the event that you cancel it, the following conditions apply:

• More than 60 days before the departure date: 35% of the total price including taxes of the trip
• From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 40% of the total price including taxes of the trip
• From 30 to 14 days before the departure date: 45% of the total price including taxes of the trip
• From 13 to 7 days before the departure date: 50% of the total price including taxes of the trip
• Less than 7 days before departure: 60% of the total price including taxes of the trip.


CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY PERFECT HOLDAYS


Cancellation by Perfect Holidays :

Reasons related to the maintenance of the safety of travelers and / or extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances such as: wars, political unrest, strikes, riots, climatic conditions, natural disasters, etc. may result in the cancellation of the booked trip. In such cases, Perfect Holidays will notify you in writing. You would then have the choice between repaying or transferring the amounts paid on another trip of your choice. However, you cannot claim compensation from Perfect Holidays.

Change of trip:

Between the times your registration is confirmed and your departure, changes to the program (dates, timetables, routes, assistance, accommodation, etc.) may be made due to organizational difficulties or for safety reasons. In such cases, Perfect Holidays would immediately notify you in writing of such changes. If this change would affect an essential element of your trip within the meaning of the Regulation, you would have the option of either terminating/terminating the contract or accepting the change proposed by Perfect Holidays.

Interruption of the trip

Any trip that is interrupted by your trip (for health or other reasons) is not entitled to a refund of the unused services of Perfect Holidays. The additional costs incurred as a result will not be borne by Perfect Holidays.

Flight to Morocco

As a local agency in Morocco, Perfect Holidays cannot take over the booking of your international flights. In this regard, no compensation can be claimed in the event of delay or cancellation of these international flights.

Costs for changes

Perfect Holidays reserves the right to charge a processing fee for any program change that occurs after your registration. These processing costs are independent of the cost difference of the changed element.

Responsibility

We are responsible for careful preparation and strict selection and support of service providers (hotels, guides) during the tours. We do not assume any insurance or liability in the event of accidents, injuries, other adversity, loss or theft of value or baggage. We accept no liability for damages caused by force majeure (political reasons, war, natural events) or strikes, official measures, etc.

Prix et modalités de payement

Tous les prix inclus dans nos offres sont, sauf indication expresse contraire, des prix net par personne en dirham marocain, en euros ou en francs suisses. Les tarifs définitifs sont eux indiqués dans votre devis et sont valables pour une durée déterminée, elle aussi indiquée dans votre devis.


Complaints

Perfect Holidays takes responsibility for your trip. He is therefore your contact person in the event of a dispute or complaint. Within the shortest possible time after your return trip, you must submit all claims to Perfect Holidays by all means to receive an acknowledgment of receipt and all necessary supporting documents.
